McCor provided me with an internship opportunity where I was able to design for a property management company. During this time, I contributed to the creation of various collateral materials, including brochures, flyers, and branding assets. This experience allowed me to apply my design skills in a professional setting, aligning with the company's branding guidelines while delivering effective and visually engaging materials that supported their marketing and communication efforts.

10 Year Anniversary Banner
McCor wanted a new social media banner to celebrate their 10th anniversary, and I got to work on creating designs that featured their new anniversary logo.
Since I don’t have a background in real estate, I took time to research their past campaigns to understand what had worked for them. This helped shape my ideas. The banners below are the proposals that were given.
They ended up choosing the banner below because it highlights their two main cities, Toronto and Edmonton. It was exciting to see my work go live so quickly and be part of their big celebration.
Brochure Redesign
I was tasked to redesign a brochure for internal use. The tricky part was fitting a lot of information onto each page without it feeling overwhelming. I used InDesign to create a clean, organized layout with grids to keep everything in place. This made the brochure easy to read and simple to navigate.
Powerpoint Redesign
One of my first tasks was to redesign a PowerPoint presentation that shareholders use to introduce the company to new clients. I focused on using the company’s brand colors and kept the slides clean and simple so the information was easy to understand.
I also used PowerPoint’s slide transitions to make the presentation flow smoothly, giving it a polished and professional look.
SwagBag Proposals
McCor was looking for swag ideas to celebrate their 10th anniversary. I created a visual proposal sheet featuring multiple options, complete with pricing and quantities.
